Got Iron?

This small but mighty little fish, the @luckyironfish could be one of the simplest solutions to a widespread issue: Iron Deficiency! 🐟

.

I just received this party pack from @tryazon with my own Lucky Iron Fish and I can’t wait to see it at work, adding Iron to my daily recipes. The Lucky Iron Fish is designed to release 6-8mg of iron off its surface when it’s boiled in liquid that has been slightly acidified. So just by plopping this tiny iron fish into boiling liquids—Soups, Pasta Sauce, Tea, etc.— you can add up to 75% of your daily required iron intake! 🀯

.

And if used correctly, it doesn’t even change the flavors of your recipe!

.

I love that this party pack was not just going to be a fun party but that it also impacts my daily life and health! πŸŽ‰

I made a yummy Squash soup from scratch last weekend & added Iron by using my @luckyironfish !! 🍁

.

.

It was a perfect fall party and it was so incredibly easy! I simply boiled the Lucky Iron Fish in the chicken broth before adding it into the squash mixture and then combined it to make a delicious Harvest Soup. No added Iron flavor but all the benefits of an iron supplement! This is so cool and such an important solution for so many people suffering from iron deficiency. Whether it’s women during the “time of month” or pregnancy, or just someone who generally has low iron levels, this is an easy way to fix the issue without popping pills πŸ’Š

.

Thank you @tryazon for setting up this opportunity to use and share this product! I’ll continue to incorporate this into my meals/drinks throughout the week and hope to see improvements in energy πŸ’₯
